cOVID 19 PROTECTIONS

Mark and his associates take Covid 19 precautions to avoid risks and keep people safe. 

For buyers.  Gloves, booties, and masks are provided during showings. Separate cars are used to explore properties. PPE is used but never a substitute for a safe distance between people. Appointments are canceled if you feel sick. Property previews bu the agent supported with zoom conference are encouraged to filter properties.

For sellers.  Be sure to wipe down surfaces and provide PPE for buyers.  After a showing, another wipe down surfaces again.  Keep the house well ventilated. Cancel showings if you feel sick or you have been in contact with someone who feels sick.

Mark wants to minimize the risk of exposure of Covid 19, especially to those who are vulnerable.and perform this essential service.
